Safeguarding

​

We take our responsibilities for the safeguarding of students very seriously. Safeguarding is essential to assure the safety and well-being of the apprentices in our community. 

​

For this reason the safeguarding of our apprentices  is given the highest priority – from the appointment of staff, governors, volunteers and contractors to the necessary checking procedures. This includes the curriculum itself and Together Trainings  activities both on and off the virtual campus.

Together Training teams up with other services and agencies to share information and work together to protect our Apprentices from harm and to help them to achieve.

All our staff undergo regular training so that they are aware of issues and are familiar with our Safeguarding Policy and Procedures. Emma Doree, is the  Designated Senior Person for Safeguarding, Child protection and Prevent, supported by a team of Officers and a designated Governor.
